AML Policy

Last updated August 19, 2026

1. Introduction

BloxCash ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant platform for entertainment and online gaming. As part of that commitment, we have implemented this Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") Policy to prevent our platform from being misused for illicit activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud.

This Policy applies to all users, accounts, transactions, and services provided through https://bloxcash.com, together with its related pages, applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Website" or the "Services"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We apply multiple layers of AML controls, described below.

2. Know Your Customer

To comply with applicable AML requirements and protect the integrity of the Services, we may carry out Know Your Customer ("KYC") checks on users before permitting withdrawals and in any case where we identify suspicious activity. We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when asked. If you fail or refuse to complete verification when requested, we may suspend or restrict your account, hold or reverse pending transactions, and withhold or forfeit funds to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. Information We May Require

When verification is required, you may be asked to provide:

  • Your full legal name;
  • Your date of birth;
  • Your residential address;
  • A government-issued identification document, such as a passport, national identity card, or driver's license;
  • Proof of address, such as a utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address.

3a. Biometric Verification

We may also use facial recognition or other biometric verification, carried out through approved third-party providers, to confirm that you are the genuine holder of the documents you provide.

4. Transaction Monitoring

We monitor deposits, withdrawals, and account behavior for signs of suspicious activity, including high-value deposits, unusual or rapid withdrawal patterns, and transactions connected to high-risk jurisdictions. Our systems combine automated, rule-based checks with manual review by trained staff to identify anomalies.

We do not publish the specific rules or thresholds we apply, because doing so would help wrongdoers evade them. Activity that our checks flag may be delayed, limited, routed for closer review, or declined.

5. Risk Assessment and Customer Due Diligence

We apply customer due diligence to you at registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Services. You are assessed and categorized by risk level based on factors such as your activity, location, transaction history, and source of funds.

Where we identify a higher risk of money laundering or other financial crime, we apply enhanced due diligence ("EDD"). This includes users we consider to be politically exposed persons ("PEPs"), their close associates, and users connected to restricted or high-risk jurisdictions. EDD may involve additional verification and documentation, and closer ongoing monitoring.

6. Sanctions and Restricted Jurisdictions

You confirm that you are not the target of economic or trade sanctions and that you are not acting on behalf of anyone who is. We screen for, and do not knowingly provide the Services to, any person or entity subject to sanctions, and we may decline transactions, close accounts, and take further action where we believe a person is subject to sanctions or is attempting to evade them.

The Services may not be accessed from the jurisdictions listed in our Terms of Service. We may refuse to open an account, decline a transaction, or close an account associated with a restricted or high-risk jurisdiction.

7. Staff Training

Our staff involved in payments, compliance, and support receive ongoing AML training. This training covers identifying suspicious transactions, understanding applicable AML requirements, and following the correct procedures for escalating and reporting concerns.

8. Record Keeping

We maintain records of the information relevant to our AML program, including user identity information, transaction histories, and the risk assessments and investigations we carry out. In accordance with applicable AML requirements, these records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years, and longer where the law requires or where we reasonably need them for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Records may be retained after an account is closed.

9. Withdrawals and Payment Controls

Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are shown on the Website. Withdrawals may be delayed, held, or frozen pending completion of KYC verification or an AML investigation. Blockchain network fees and any third-party processing costs are your responsibility and are deducted from the amount withdrawn.

Withdrawals from accounts we consider suspicious, or that we are unable to verify, may be blocked, held, or forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Held withdrawals are released only under internal controls designed to prevent any single member of staff from releasing funds without oversight.

10. Suspicious Activity and External Cooperation

We cooperate fully with regulators, law enforcement agencies, and external compliance partners. Where we identify suspicious activity, or where we are legally required to do so, we may report it and share account and transaction information as described in our Privacy Policy, whether or not a transaction has completed. In some circumstances the law may prevent us from telling you that a report has been made or that your activity is under review.

  • Regulatory authorities: we comply with applicable AML laws and provide records to regulators where legally required;
  • Law enforcement: we report and assist with investigations into suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
  • External compliance partners: we may engage independent AML auditors and consultants to review and strengthen our AML program.

11. Prohibited Use

You are strictly prohibited from using the Services to do, or attempt to do, any of the following:

  • Launder money or conceal the origin, ownership, or destination of funds;
  • Finance terrorism or any other criminal activity;
  • Deposit or transact with funds that are stolen, fraudulent, or derived from unlawful activity;
  • Use stolen identities, or payment methods or wallets that do not belong to you;
  • Fund or operate an account on behalf of another person, or use the Services to move value for a third party;
  • Abuse bonuses, promotions, affiliate rewards, or other promotional features for fraudulent gain;
  • Structure your deposits, withdrawals, or play in order to evade our checks or stay below our limits.

11a. Consequences

Any account found to be engaged in prohibited use may be suspended, terminated, and reported to the relevant authorities, and associated balances may be withheld or forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Review and Changes to This Policy

Our AML controls and procedures are reviewed and updated regularly to keep pace with applicable regulations and best practices. We may update this AML Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to the Services, our practices, or applicable law. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for material changes we may additionally notify you on the Website or by email. Your continued use of the Services after a revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
