Terms of Service
Last updated August 19, 2026
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of https://bloxcash.com, together with its related pages, applications, APIs, and services (collectively, the "Website" or the "Services"), operated by BloxCash ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Website, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, by our Privacy Policy, and by our AML Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Services. The Services are provided for your personal entertainment only. They are not a financial product, an investment opportunity, or a means of generating income, and you should never treat them as such.
1a. In Short
The sections below give the full detail. In summary:
- You must be 18 or over, may hold only one account, and may not play from a restricted jurisdiction, including the United Kingdom and the U.S. states of Nevada and Washington;
- Every game carries a house edge, so over time BloxCash is expected to profit from play. This is entertainment, not a way to make money;
- BloxCoin is not money. Balances are not bank deposits, earn no interest, and are not insured;
- Deposits and withdrawals are in cryptocurrency only. Deposits are final, and a withdrawal cannot be recalled once it has been broadcast, so check your address carefully;
- Each deposit must be wagered once in full before it can be withdrawn, tipped, or added to rain. Bonuses may carry higher requirements;
- We may ask you to verify your identity before paying out a withdrawal;
- Game outcomes are provably fair and you can verify them yourself. Where your screen and our servers disagree, the server record is final;
- Multi-accounting, bots, promotion abuse, and exploiting bugs can cost you your balance and your account;
- Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed. Deleting your account does not pay out your balance, so withdraw first;
- Our liability to you is capped. Disputes go to informal resolution first, then to binding arbitration, and must be brought individually rather than as a class action. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the right to use the courts where you live.
2. Eligibility and Restricted Jurisdictions
You may only use the Services if you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are acting on your own behalf for personal, recreational purposes.
You may not access or use the Services if you are located in, reside in, or access the Website from: the United Kingdom; the U.S. states of Nevada and Washington; any territory subject to comprehensive international sanctions; or any other jurisdiction where participation in online gambling or games of chance is prohibited by applicable law.
2a. Your Responsibility for Local Law
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Services is lawful in the place where you live and from which you connect. We make no representation that the Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
You further represent that you are not a person subject to sanctions designations (including, without limitation, any specially designated national or blocked person) and that you are not acting on behalf of any such person.
3. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time, including to reflect changes to the Services, our practices, or applicable law. Whenever we make a change we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where a change is material and operates to your disadvantage, we will give you at least fourteen (14) days' notice before it takes effect, on the Website or by email to the address registered to your account.
Your continued use of the Services after a revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a revision you may reject it by closing your account before it takes effect, and you may withdraw any eligible balance in accordance with Section 8; a withdrawal you request before the change takes effect will be handled under the previous Terms. Changes required by law or by a regulator, and changes that are neutral or favorable to you, may take effect immediately.
4. Your Account
To use most features of the Services you must register an account, either with an email address, username, and password, or by signing in with a supported third-party provider. Certain features, including withdrawals, tipping, and promo code redemption, require a verified email address. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. In particular:
- You may register and operate only one (1) account. Additional accounts may be suspended or terminated. Where we close a duplicate account we will normally void winnings made on it and return the amounts you deposited into it, subject to Sections 7 and 9; we may withhold more than that only where the duplicate account was used for fraud, promotion abuse, or another breach that caused us loss, and only to the extent of that loss;
- You must keep your sign-in credentials confidential and must not share your account with, or allow it to be used by, any other person;
- Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, lend, rent, or give your account to anyone else;
- We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings. When 2FA is enabled it is required to confirm sensitive actions such as withdrawals, tips, account deletion, self-exclusion, and relaxing or removing responsible gaming limits;
- If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately via the on-site live chat or by emailing support@bloxcash.com.
5. BloxCoin Virtual Currency
The Services use a virtual token called BloxCoin. For convenience, BloxCoin is currently displayed at a reference rate of 500 BloxCoin to 1 US dollar, and dollar values shown on the Website are expressed in USD. BloxCoin is not money, legal tender, electronic money, or a financial instrument. It exists solely as an entry in our systems and has no value outside the Website. BloxCoin may be acquired through deposits, play, tips, and the promotional features described in these Terms, and may be redeemed only through the withdrawal process described in Section 8.
BloxCoin is not Robux or any other in-game currency, and BloxCash does not accept, hold, or pay out Robux or Roblox items of any kind (see Section 16).
Account balances are not bank deposits. They do not earn interest, are not insured or guaranteed by any government scheme, and, in the event of our insolvency, may not be recoverable.
6. Deposits
Deposits are accepted in supported cryptocurrencies, processed through our payment infrastructure, and in BloxCash gift cards as described in Section 6a. We do not accept fiat currency, card payments, gift cards issued by anyone other than us, Robux, or in-game items. The cryptocurrencies currently supported for deposit, the applicable conversion rates, and your personal deposit addresses are displayed in the deposit window on the Website. The minimum deposit is currently the equivalent of 3 USD.
Deposits are credited to your account after the required number of network confirmations, at the conversion rate applied at the time of processing, less our current deposit fee. You must send only the specified cryptocurrency, on the specified network, to the address generated for it. Funds sent as an unsupported asset, on the wrong network, or to an address generated for a different currency may be permanently lost, and we have no obligation to recover or credit them.
You represent that every wallet you deposit from is legally and beneficially owned by you and that no deposited funds derive from any unlawful activity. All deposits are final. You accept that cryptocurrency values are volatile and that we are not responsible for changes in the market value of any cryptocurrency before, during, or after processing.
6a. BloxCash Gift Cards
We issue gift cards redeemable for BloxCoin, sold directly by us and through resellers we authorise. A card is redeemed by entering its code in the Gift Card tab of the deposit window while signed in, and it credits its face value in BloxCoin to the account that redeems it.
Each card may be redeemed once. Once redeemed the code is spent permanently and cannot be reused, transferred, or reversed, and we may void an unredeemed card where we reasonably believe it was obtained fraudulently, distributed in breach of a reseller agreement, or issued in error. A redemption is treated as a deposit for the purposes of Section 7, so the credited balance carries the same wagering requirement as a cryptocurrency deposit of the same size.
Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash; the balance they credit may be withdrawn only in accordance with Section 8. We are responsible only for cards bought from us or from a reseller we have authorised. We have no obligation to honour a card bought from any other source, or one whose code has been shared, published, or resold, and you are responsible for keeping an unredeemed code confidential.
7. Wagering Requirements
As an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure, each deposit must currently be wagered at least one (1) time in full before the corresponding balance becomes eligible for withdrawal, tipping, or rain contributions. Your remaining wagering requirement is tracked automatically.
Balances credited through bonuses, promo codes, or other promotions may carry their own, higher wagering requirements, which are disclosed when the bonus is issued. While a bonus wagering requirement is outstanding, it may restrict your entire balance from withdrawal until the requirement is met.
8. Withdrawals
Eligible balances may be withdrawn in supported cryptocurrencies. The set of currencies supported for withdrawal may differ from the set supported for deposit; the currently available withdrawal options and rates are shown in the withdrawal window. The minimum withdrawal is currently 500 BloxCoin (the equivalent of 1 USD) and the maximum is currently 5,000,000 BloxCoin (the equivalent of 10,000 USD) per request; current limits are displayed on the Website and may change. Blockchain network fees are deducted from the amount withdrawn.
To withdraw you must have a verified email address, complete any required anti-abuse challenge, and, if 2FA is enabled on your account, confirm the request with your authenticator. Withdrawals may be delayed or routed for additional review for risk, security, or compliance reasons (for example, larger amounts, recently created accounts, unusual activity patterns, or low wagering relative to deposits), and we may decline or reverse a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, breach of these Terms, or unlawful activity.
You are solely responsible for providing a correct wallet address that can receive the selected currency on the selected network. Blockchain transactions are irreversible: once a withdrawal has been broadcast we cannot recall, reverse, or reissue it.
9. Verification and Anti-Money Laundering
We monitor transactions and account activity to prevent fraud, money laundering, and other unlawful conduct. We may at any time, including before processing a withdrawal, require you to verify your identity, age, address, ownership of a wallet or payment source, or source of funds, and to provide supporting documentation such as government-issued identification. We may suspend or restrict your account, and hold pending transactions, until requested checks are completed to our satisfaction.
If you fail or refuse to complete requested verification within a reasonable time, or if verification reveals that you have breached these Terms (including the eligibility requirements in Section 2), we may terminate your account, and funds may be withheld to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and cooperate with law enforcement, including by disclosing account information as described in our Privacy Policy. Our broader anti-money-laundering measures are set out in our AML Policy.
10. Games and Provably Fair Outcomes
The Website currently offers the following games of chance: Cases, Case Battles, Dice, Blackjack, Mines, and Plinko. We may add, modify, or remove games, game modes, bet limits, and payout tables at any time. The rules for each game are presented on its page, and every game carries a house edge, meaning that over time BloxCash is expected to profit from play.
Outcomes are generated by our provably fair system. For Cases, Dice, Blackjack, Mines, and Plinko, each outcome is derived from a server seed (whose hash is published to you before play), your client seed (which you may change), and an incrementing nonce; rotating your server seed reveals the previous one, so past results can be verified. Case Battles additionally incorporate the hash of a public EOS blockchain block that is chosen only after all participants have joined and that is mined after the choice is announced, so that no party can know the outcome in advance. Verification tools and details are available on our Provably Fair page.
All results are determined by our servers and are final. In the event of any discrepancy between the result shown on your device and the result recorded by our servers, the server record governs. Display, latency, or user-interface errors do not entitle you to any winnings. If a game round fails to complete because of a technical fault, we will use reasonable efforts to return the amount staked. We may also void play affected by a malfunction, bug, or configuration error and correct the affected balances, provided that we do so within thirty (30) days of the affected round and limit the correction to the rounds actually affected and to the amounts attributable to the fault. We will tell you when we have done this and why.
10a. Obvious Errors
Occasionally an odds figure, multiplier, payout table, or bonus value may be published or applied in a form that is obviously wrong - through a pricing, configuration, or typographical error, or because it is plainly inconsistent with the rules shown on the game's own page. Where a bet is accepted at such a value, we may void the bet and return the amount staked.
We will do so only where the error would have been obvious to a reasonable player, only within thirty (30) days of the affected round, and we will tell you when we have done it and why. This does not apply to a result you simply disagree with, or to a game operating as its published rules describe. Where a round has already settled in your favor on figures that were correct, we will not reopen it.
10b. Bet Limits and Maximum Win
Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet, and most carry a maximum amount that a single round can pay. Those figures are shown on the game's own page and form part of the rules referred to in Section 10. They apply per round: there is no separate daily, weekly, or lifetime cap on what you can win.
Where a game has a maximum win, a round that would otherwise pay more than that amount pays the maximum instead. Cases and Case Battles do not currently carry a maximum win; what a spin or a battle pays is the value of the items actually drawn. We may introduce, change, or remove a bet limit or a maximum win for any game at any time, and the figures shown on the game's page when you place a bet are the ones that apply to it.
11. Rewards, Rain, and Promotions
We may offer promotional features including coin rain, promo codes, rakeback, level rewards, and other bonuses. All promotional features are discretionary: we may change their rates, requirements, and availability, or withdraw them entirely, at any time.
- Rain: the rain pool is funded by BloxCash from a share of wagers and by voluntary player contributions, and is distributed periodically among eligible users who join an active rain event, with shares weighted toward recent active play. Eligibility requirements for joining a rain are shown on the Website and may change;
- Rakeback: a small percentage of your wagers, scaled by your rank (Copper through Apex) and the game played, accrues as rakeback and may be claimed periodically;
- Levels and XP: XP is earned through wagering and certain daily activities, and levels and rank tiers unlock rewards such as free case openings. XP, levels, and ranks have no monetary value and are not transferable;
- Promo codes: codes may be redeemed once per user, may have usage caps and expiry dates, and may carry their own wagering requirements as described in Section 7.
11a. Promotion Abuse and Sponsored Accounts
Abuse of any promotional feature, including the use of multiple accounts, idle or automated farming, coordinated play, or any scheme designed to extract promotional value contrary to its intent, may result in exclusion from promotions, confiscation of associated balances, and suspension or termination of your account. Sponsored or creator accounts operate under separate written arrangements with BloxCash and are subject to additional restrictions, including on transfers and withdrawals.
11b. Affiliate Program
We operate an affiliate program, available from the Affiliates panel on the Website. Taking part is optional and subject to these Terms. The current commission tiers and rates, the qualifying deposit, the minimum claim amount, and any milestone bonus are shown in that panel and may change.
A person is attributed to you if they register through your referral link, or enter your code within seven (7) days of registering and before their first deposit. Attribution is permanent and will not be reassigned. Commission is a share of our margin on the bets your referrals place: it is not a share of their losses and not a share of their deposits, and the share differs by game. A referral must verify their email address and deposit at least the qualifying minimum before you earn from them; bets placed before that are not counted and are not backdated. Where a referral claims a promo code or other bonus, the value of that bonus is recovered from their later play before your commission resumes.
You may claim collected commission once you hold at least the minimum claim amount, up to once per hour, and your first claim becomes available seven (7) days after you join the program. In taking part you agree that you will not:
- Refer yourself, or register or operate an account in order to refer it;
- Refer a member of your household, or anyone whose account you control or act for;
- Promote your code through spam or unsolicited messaging;
- Make any claim that misrepresents BloxCash, the odds of winning, or the chance of profit, or present the Services as a way to make money;
- Promote your code in any venue directed at people under 18, or to any person you believe to be under 18;
- Present your link as anything other than a referral link, or conceal that you are paid for it.
11c. Affiliate Commission Withheld or Reclaimed
We may withhold, reverse, or reclaim commission, and may remove you from the program, where it arises from self-referral, multi-accounting, promotion abuse, fraudulent or reversed deposits, or any other breach of these Terms. Where we do, we will tell you why, and Section 13a applies.
We may vary or discontinue the program at any time. If we discontinue it, commission that has already accrued to you remains claimable for thirty (30) days from the date we announce it, subject to this Section and to the verification requirements in Section 9.
12. Chat and Tipping
The Website includes a public chat. You must treat other users and our staff with respect. In chat and in any communication on the Services, you must not harass, threaten, or abuse others; post hateful, obscene, or sexually explicit content; spam or flood; advertise third-party services; beg or solicit tips or loans; share personal information about any person; impersonate BloxCash staff; or discuss or facilitate any unlawful activity. We may remove messages and mute, restrict, or ban accounts from chat at our discretion, without notice.
You may tip BloxCoin to other users, subject to minimum amounts, cooldowns, your outstanding wagering requirements, and email verification. Tips are voluntary gifts: they are irreversible once sent, must not be used as payment for goods, services, or any off-platform exchange of value, and must not be part of any bargained-for arrangement. We may rescind tips that originate from fraud, technical error, or breach of these Terms.
13. Prohibited Conduct
In addition to the restrictions stated elsewhere in these Terms, you agree that you will not:
- Create or use more than one account, or use another person's account;
- Use bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automation to play games, claim rewards, or otherwise interact with the Services;
- Exploit any bug, error, or vulnerability. If you discover one, you must stop using it and report it: gameplay or balance issues via live chat, and security vulnerabilities to security@bloxcash.com under our Security Policy, which offers safe harbor for good-faith research;
- Collude with other users or engage in coordinated play designed to defeat the fairness of any game or promotion;
- Abuse rain, promo codes, rakeback, or any other promotional feature;
- Evade or attempt to circumvent a restriction under Section 2, a ban, or a self-exclusion;
- Deposit funds that are stolen, fraudulent, or derived from unlawful activity, or use the Services to launder money;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or interfere with the Website, its APIs, or its provably fair mechanisms, or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
13a. Consequences of Violations
Violations of these Terms may result in warnings, removal from promotions, confiscation of winnings or balances attributable to the violation, suspension or termination of your account, and, where appropriate, reports to law enforcement or other authorities. We will choose a measure that is proportionate to the breach, and any confiscation will be limited to the winnings or balance attributable to it. We may set off against your balance any amounts you owe us arising from your breach of these Terms.
Except where the law, a regulator, or an ongoing investigation prevents us from doing so, we will tell you what action we have taken and why. If you believe we have got it wrong, you may challenge the decision through the complaints process in Section 19, and we will review it before treating the outcome as final.
14. Responsible Gaming
The Services are entertainment, not a way to make money. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. If you feel your play is becoming a problem, we encourage you to use the tools below and to seek help from an independent organization such as Gambling Therapy (gamblingtherapy.org).
We provide the following responsible gaming tools on the Safe Play page of the Website:
- Loss limits and wager limits over daily, weekly, and monthly periods, enforced automatically on every bet. Tightening a limit takes effect immediately; raising or removing a limit takes effect only after a 24-hour cooldown;
- Self-exclusion for twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days, thirty (30) days, or six (6) months. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately, cannot be shortened or reversed by you or by our support team, and prevents you from signing in, depositing, or playing for its duration. Withdrawal requests pending when a self-exclusion begins will still be processed.
14a. Longer and Permanent Self-Exclusion
The periods listed above are the options you can set yourself on the Safe Play page. If you want to be excluded for longer than six (6) months, or permanently, email us at support@bloxcash.com and we will apply it to your account manually. We will not lift a permanent exclusion on request.
Deleting your account is not a substitute for self-exclusion, and you should not use it as one. Deletion forfeits any BloxCoin left in your account (Section 15a), and because deletion erases the account it does not carry a self-exclusion with it: an exclusion applies to the account it was set on, so it does not by itself stop a new account being opened afterwards. If you are stepping away for gambling-related reasons, use self-exclusion and leave the account in place, or email us at support@bloxcash.com before deleting anything so we can apply a longer or permanent exclusion.
15. Suspension, Termination, and Account Closure
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, or decline to provide the Services, at any time where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, where required for legal or regulatory reasons, or to protect the Services or other users. Where an account is terminated for breach, balances attributable to the breach may be withheld or forfeited; any remaining eligible balance will be handled in accordance with Sections 8 and 9 and applicable law.
You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account yourself as described in Section 15a. Account deletion is distinct from self-exclusion; if you are stepping away for gambling-related reasons, please use the self-exclusion tools described in Section 14, which are designed for that purpose.
15a. Account Deletion
You may delete your own account at any time from the Account section of the Settings page. To protect you, deletion must be confirmed with your password and, if 2FA is enabled on your account, your authenticator or a recovery code. Deletion does not take effect immediately: your account is scheduled for permanent erasure after a grace period, currently seven (7) days, and you may cancel the scheduled deletion at any time before the deadline from the same Settings page.
Deletion does not pay out your balance. You must withdraw any eligible balance before the grace period ends; any BloxCoin remaining in your account when the deletion completes is forfeited. Withdrawals made before deletion remain subject to these Terms, including the wagering requirements in Section 7 and the verification rights in Section 9.
When the deletion completes, your personal information (including your username, email address, password, and profile settings) is permanently erased or irreversibly anonymized, and your account cannot be recovered or reactivated. Certain records are retained in anonymized or pseudonymized form where we are required to keep them, including deposit and withdrawal records and self-exclusion records, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
15b. Dormant Accounts
If you do not sign in for twelve (12) months we may treat your account as dormant. Before we do, we will email the address registered to your account at least thirty (30) days beforehand, so that you have the chance to sign in, withdraw, or tell us to keep the account open.
We do not charge a dormancy or inactivity fee, and we do not forfeit the balance of a dormant account. Your BloxCoin stays yours and stays claimable. We may restrict a dormant account from play until you contact us and complete any verification required under Section 9. Where we cannot reach you and the law requires us to deal with an unclaimed balance in a particular way, we will follow that requirement and tell you about it if you contact us later.
15c. Death or Incapacity
Accounts are personal and non-transferable (Section 4), so nobody can take over an account from you. If you die, or become permanently unable to manage your own affairs, your personal representative - or someone holding a valid power of attorney or equivalent legal authority - may contact us at support@bloxcash.com to close the account and claim any remaining balance.
We will ask for evidence of the death or incapacity and of the claimant's authority to act, typically a death certificate together with a grant of probate, letters of administration, or the equivalent document in the relevant jurisdiction. Any payment is made to the estate, or to the person legally entitled to it, and is subject to the same wagering, verification, and anti-money-laundering requirements as any other withdrawal under Sections 7, 8, and 9. We will not pay out to anyone presenting only the account credentials.
16. Intellectual Property and Roblox Disclaimer
The Website and its content, including the BloxCash name and logo, game designs, graphics, text, software, and audiovisual elements, are owned by or licensed to BloxCash and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Website without our prior written consent.
BloxCash is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. "Roblox" and "Robux" are trademarks of Roblox Corporation, referenced only to make clear that we have no connection to them. Roblox accounts cannot be used to access the Services, and Robux and Roblox items are not accepted, exchanged, or paid out. Any visual theme is decorative only.
17. Disclaimers and Service Availability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we may suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, including for maintenance and upgrades.
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of blockchain networks, third-party payment infrastructure, hosting or telecommunications providers, denial-of-service attacks, government action, or other force majeure events. You accept all risks associated with cryptocurrency, including price volatility and the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.
18. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) BloxCash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms; and (b) our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you deposited with us in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BloxCash and its operators, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or your misuse of the Services.
19. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
If you have a question, concern, or complaint, please contact us first through the on-site live chat so that we can try to resolve it quickly. Formal complaints may be sent to support@bloxcash.com and should include your username, the date and time of the relevant events, and a clear description of the issue. We will attempt in good faith to resolve complaints within thirty (30) days of receipt, and you agree to complete this informal step before starting any formal proceeding.
If a dispute is not resolved within that thirty (30) day period, and subject always to Section 19a, you and BloxCash agree that it will be finally settled by binding arbitration rather than in court. The arbitration will be administered by an established arbitral institution agreed in writing between you and us or, failing agreement, appointed on the application of either party, under that institution's rules for expedited proceedings in force when the arbitration is commenced. The arbitration will be heard by a single arbitrator and conducted in English. Hearings will be held remotely unless the arbitrator directs otherwise. The award will be final and binding, and may be recognized and enforced by any court of competent jurisdiction, including under the 1958 New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.
Where arbitration does not apply to a dispute, it will be heard by a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to Section 19a.
19a. If You Are a Consumer in the European Union
Much of the protection consumer law gives you cannot be signed away in advance. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, or in any other country whose law gives you equivalent protection that cannot be waived by agreement, this Section applies to you and prevails over Sections 19 and 19b to the extent of any conflict.
Nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of any provision of the law of your country of residence that cannot be departed from by agreement. You keep the right to bring proceedings against us in the courts of your country of residence, and we will bring proceedings against you only in those courts. Nothing in these Terms obliges you to arbitrate a dispute where the law of your country of residence does not permit that obligation to be imposed on a consumer before the dispute has arisen, and choosing not to arbitrate does not affect any other right you have under these Terms. You may also refer a dispute to a competent consumer alternative dispute resolution body in your country of residence, where one is available.
19b. Individual Claims and Exceptions
Subject to Section 19a, you and BloxCash agree to bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a claimant or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person, may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding, and may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking it and only to the extent necessary to resolve that party's claim. Where applicable law provides a right to a jury trial and permits that right to be waived by agreement, you and BloxCash waive it. If this paragraph is held unenforceable as to a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy will be severed and heard by the courts described in Section 19 or Section 19a as applicable, and the remainder of this Section will continue to apply to all other claims.
By way of exception, either party may bring a qualifying individual claim in a small claims court or equivalent body of competent jurisdiction, and BloxCash may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its intellectual property, prevent unauthorized access to the Services, or restrain conduct prohibited by Section 13. Seeking that relief is not a waiver of this Section.
20. General Provisions
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes that apply to your use of the Services, including on any winnings or withdrawals. BloxCash does not withhold or pay taxes on your behalf and does not provide tax or legal advice.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the AML Policy, and any game rules or promotion terms published on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and BloxCash regarding the Services and supersede all prior understandings. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a reorganization, merger, or sale of the Services, subject to notice to you. These Terms are drafted in English, and the English version prevails over any translation. Section headings are for convenience only.
